Ruth McDonald, LMT, MLD-C, CLT is a licensed massage therapist who is dedicated to supporting women’s health journeys. She focuses on pre/post-surgical recovery, autoimmune issues, and oncology support. Ruth has advanced certification in decongestive therapies and Oncology support.
April Mackey, LMT is a licensed massage therapist who uses myofascial, neuromuscular, Swedish and deep tissue techniques along with stretching to provide pain relief from chronic pain and sports injuries. She uses her knowledge of anatomy and multiple massage techniques to tailor each session.
Amy Holaday, RN, LMT, MLD-C is a Registered Nurse, Licensed Massage Therapist, Healing Touch Practitioner, Certified Functional Nutrition and Lifestyle Practitioner, Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Alchemical Alignment practitioner, Resilience Coach and Manual Lymphatic Drainage specialist who focuses on advanced trauma release and whole-body nourishment for women.

This is a concierge practice in Suwanee. You will work directly with Physical Therapists who will help you to correct or overcome issues you are experiencing. When I notice that a client is having persistent gait (walking) issues or underutilizing certain muscles, I refer them to Sterling so the issues can be corrected before long-term limitations happen! They also help all levels of athletes optimize their sports game.
Shiloh and Nelson Biggles who own Level Minds are friends and clients of mine. My family uses their products to help with pain management and sleep issues. All of their products are research based and clean of any artificial or toxic ingredients. Level Minds is located ½ mile from my practice in Suwanee, Georgia.
Amanda Cook and Tori Tatum combine traditional mental health counseling approaches with innovative therapies such as IASIS Microcurrent Neurofeedback (MCN) and grounding tools such as holotropic breathwork. Leena Cook, L.Ac (Owner) and Ahmad El, L.Ac are Acupuncturists whom I visit to keep my body in balance. Their office is in the same office complex as Restorative Results so I can walk to my appointments! Leena and Ahmad take care of a wide range of health issues including pain, infertility, menopause and much more.
